Twisted Cinnamon Bread - beautiful twists... but over-baked this time.. ( these are around 6 inches wide!) 
Twisted Cinnamon Bread- Revisited: It's been over a year since I've made that beautiful loaf, and I'm still so proud of it. It's become one of my most visited post! I decided to make it again today.. in my favorite style... minhy... :) This red bean bread turned out beautifully... I don't know how it will hold up since we ate it first... my parents and I just stood around the counter and sampled all of the loaves to see if it was cooked... or well that's what they wanted me to believe since the loaves were very similar. It was nice sharing these with my parents since that hasn't happened in so many years... they usually get day/days old bread... when I bring it home from school. The cinnamon bread was a bit over baked and dry on the edges, but still quite tasty. I've saved half of it to see how it hold up tomorrow. I probably over-baked it by at least 5 minutes... :(
