Still recreating a lot of my favorite restaurant dishes, this being one of them, I actually look forward to getting salad at Japanese restaurants sometimes, and this recipe definitely hits the spot... super simple, and tastes fantastic. I would probably add a bit of onion into the mix. I used a food processor for a one step dressing. Mark Bittman , you've done it again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
