Snow Pea and Chicken Stir-Fry



I love this vegetable because of the crunch and texture. I won't put up a recipe, it was basically heat oil, saute chicken add chinese snow peas, chicken broth, simmer, add oyster sauce, and you're basically done. Serve over rice... yepppp toodles for now.


- My quick stir fry job the other night... nothing beats simple ingredients.... and sleepless, hungry nights ...
- I really like the plates at my new Apt. so much more appropriate than my Tuscan plates for food...
- Note to self: go plate shopping when you get home :D ... at least I have a plates shopping partner... although she likes the more classic plates.. and I like the more modern styles : (
