Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were some pretty good cookies, extremely soft, and chewy even after DAYS! The Secret? Pudding mix. This is an adaptation from the Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe on AllRecipe.com .. I basically reduced the sugar by half, and added the same amount of baking powder as baking soda. Mix-ins that were delicious : sweetened coconut flakes, macadamia nuts chopped up, and walnuts. These above were just plain chocolate chip cookies. My parents said they were too sweet, even with the sugar reduction... but everyone else loved them : )
