Ah yes.. the cookie balls. If you don't have a sweet tooth, then these aren't for you. What's inside these beauties? ... a random assortment of things that will elevate your sugar levels... so you have been warned. : ) Inside = chocolate creme Oreos, peppermint dust from those peppermint candies, Andes mint/chocolate candies broken into small pieces, and cream cheese (these have to be refrigerated : (.)
Outside= confectioner's coating and candy melts. I wanted to stick with the theme so I sprinkled some peppermint dust on top, many fell off because the coating dried super quickly due to the cold temperature.
Who are these for? Whoever I can drive to in the next few days. I only made 13... any takers? : ) ( I know not a lot of people like mint, so I might make cake balls soon.. I would love to make those cake present pops again, but really that would take over a day : ( )
The camera does amazing things, they're actually not the prettiest pieces I've done (I'm not being critical, my sis pointed it out the lumpy mess...haha)... but only a few will know : ). I wish I had wonderful software to edit my picture, but that's a new hobby I shouldn't get into. I only edit my pictures with the most basic of the basic photo editing software (the one that came with the camera haha)... I typically do add contrast, brighten it, crop it, add some sharpness. I don't even have a straightening or text tool in that one. I think I should reboot my PC, I have good editing software there, plus I'm running out of space on this laptop....I've taken so many pictures.. but I've learned to only upload pictures I will use, I uploaded 3 pictures for this dessert, took probably 20... and used those 2! : )More to come... this has been a huge chocolate making day for me...
