The new look of the Vegas strip, oh my what has changed since...last February. This would be the new City Center, 3 new hotels out currently (I think they're all 5 stars!,) new apartments, and... Crystals...you know ... just in case the strip needs another Gucci, LV, Tiffany's, or Prada. It is amazing, it is HUGE, but is it really necessary??? There is no real fru-fru theme in this complex, just modern architecture... and lots of water sculptures? We were there on opening night... didn't actually get to go in, it was reserved for the investors that night haha. This complex is sandwiched in between Bellagio and Monte Carlo.. who knew there was THAT much space in between those two!!!
Wynn Buffet at Lunch... o.m.g. Love that they have new desserts : ) Candy apple was ... way too difficult to eat. I just wanted an apple! Bailey's Panna Cotta in that espresso cup was the BEST!

This was the best desserts shop I've been to, I went to Payard right before for breakfast/lunch, and well the desserts were ridiculously expensive there.. 8-9 bucks a pop (gag) so I didn't get any, plus it wasn't as nice. Here the desserts were more reasonably priced and prettier! These were mostly 6 bucks. 
.. ok wth. 20 dollars for this thing?!! .. look at that horrible fondant job.. the lumps.. the uneveness... no, everything else in the bakery was SO BEAUTIFUL... but this?... Ok I'm picky when it comes to these types of cakes though, but really now, I think it's really poorly done.

The best Carrot Cake I've ever had. I don't even know how to describe it. It was carrot cake with cream cheese and white chocolate decorations... and iono what that orange thing was? ... and there was gold?.. and marzipan? AHH whattt I was in dessert heaven here : D
