Lemon Cake again

I couldn't resist... I made more... it's such a summer treat... I guess i'm just finding sweets that don't have a heavy chocolate load... but this isn't really good for my stomach anyway because of the lemon. : / ... I glazed it with about 1/3 cup confectioner's sugar + 1.5 tbsp lemon juice + enough water to make a shiny and runny icing ( probably 1 tsp? ) .. it's like a lemonade frosting!
- The Mini Bundt makes an appearance! At least the muffin/cake is now nice and brown..
