The Good Life...

This was how I relaxed before my first week of school (1.5 weeks ago).... Riesling and Framboise... with Brie and Crackers...I would say that my life is quite amazing right now ..... what could make it better??? ->

:) I'm a Pop Star!!!! :) I made it onto the pop star archive on Bakerella.com!!!! :) This definitely gives a nice semi- end to my year long of baking... I don't think if I'll ever have time to bake as much as I did or decorate stuff. I wish I did... but a few hours out of the day to just do random things has been out of the question for the past few days.. not to mention the next week. I have 4 quizzes/test and a project.. or two? .... and I only have 3 days of class! (Taking a mandatory 2 day retreat to the main campus...hahha) omg. Dental school is intense.. it's like going to a double load of science classes with 3 art classes.... arg. Time to read.....

I've had time to cook and such (Today was the first day I've ever eaten out by my apt. for lunch!)... just haven't been looking up any recipes really ... here are some things I've cooked in the last few weeks at my new place..

Dinner for the bf.. it's been SO long since I've cooked for him! : Fried rice, beef with broccoli (marinated meat tastes just like the chinese restaurant, recipe from someone who worked in a chinese rest. all her life :)), my mom's potstickers.. oh yea.. those are my plates..my kitchen is incredibly matchy.. I freak people out.. I think :)

White wine chicken breast with super crispy skin, used Herb de Provence for flavoring

Mac and Cheese from scratch then baked... for that nice crust

My project for the week.. make that blue peg into a tooth that has to look exactly like the one on the other side... using wax...haha... let's hope I don't brand myself again....
